I can't login to the BB Forum. I keeps asking me a math question and redirects me to the main page. When I go back to the forum, it shows me as logged in and that I have subscribed to all the topics in the whole forum. When I try to go to an actual topic, it logs out and I have to repeat all over again. Is this happening to anyone else? I already deleted my cookies and restarted.

There have been problems loading the site yesterday. The subscription problem has happens since April fools day and the log in and lag issues started yesterday.

The forum is still loading slowly. It still loads eventually but it just takes a long time.

Hey AD40, I hope you see this. There's a reason my appearances are so sporadic.
I'm sure I'll get logged in sooner or later to the real site and be able to post this to the getting better forum, but I'm just going to blow off some steam here. This site is almost as bad as yahoo for logging in and passwords! Tonight, I logged in, posted, someone posted a minute later and I had logged out when I realized I wanted to thank him for the post. Well, it brought me back to the page I was on in that topic (I miss the harmonies), but wouldn't let me login. My password is saved in my browser but it would not fill in. So I went to beatlesbible.com and it filled in my password (which I can't remember) and I got logged in. But when I went to that topic to thank wigwam, I wasn't logged in anymore! This happened 3 times.
Another problem I've been having since I started coming here is that (always now in firefox, and occasionally in IE - this is the only thing I use IE for) - it will accept my password, act like it's logging me in, but when the dust settles I'm not logged in. It doesn't say incorrect password, so there's no way to figure out what's wrong.
And why does it sometimes say incorrect password and return me to the beatlesbible login page, and other times it takes me to that obnoxious wordpress wrong password screen with the bar that moves back and forth and is impossible to click on to type in! (and says you get 5 tries but only gives you 4). Whoever made that thing jiggle back and forth should be shot. What exactly is the relationship between bb and wordpress?

the Beatles Bible is a word press site. The forum uses Simple press. If you find you can't log on, you could try resetting your cookies for that site and see if that fixes it. |

Ahmmm...I think Ahhh Girl's warning worked because now I can't do anything on the forum- including sending PMs which is why I am here.
Can someone post on the forum/message a mod/Joe and say that I've been locked out/banned for some reason?
I thought maybe the site was on read-only mode but Ex Tex posted only 30mins ago, so I think it's a problem down my line.
